Educational Futures Division (EdFutures Division) is a new division that was established in 2023 to oversee the development of enhanced and extended learning programmes through cross-school, collaborative and future thinking programmes. YCYW Meta and Super-Curricular Programme are the two pillars to offer our students a wide range of subjects and refined learning experience. 

Firstly, we provide a wide range of stimuli to our students, so they can acquire a broader breadth of knowledge and experience, rather than being narrowly focused on a specific subject like chemistry or business. Gaining a broader breadth of knowledge enhances their lateral thinking and their ability to make innovative connections and generate new ideas.

Secondly, we prepare our students to engage with real-world experts and challenges. We explore ways to strengthen future-ready skills such as advanced questioning techniques, networking, interpersonal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving using both human and artificial intelligence. 

By leveraging our extensive YCYW network within China and across the world, we can design adventures that fuel curiosity, foster character development, cultivate leadership skills, and promote service-learning with wisdom, empathy, and vision.

These programmes give our students the opportunity to take a leadership role in designing their learning journey. Students can make better, more informed decisions and create personalised, intelligent pathways that cater to their needs and aspirations.
